A US One billion dollar a year retailer with 330 retail outlets in the USA. Charlie came in to follow up on the SOX audit that had been begun by Deloitte before the project was postponed.

Nissan North America
Charlie came in as an ITIL Consultant, and then was asked to stand in as the Acting Change Manager for the international automotive manufacturer. As part of the SOX audit, the external auditor (Deloitte) identified 17,000 key points to address. Charlie stepped up to review, document, and prove that control mechanisms were in place for the financial database which contained customer confidential information (Segregation of Duties).
